The staff are friendly and very efficient.
The consultant I have at the moment is brilliant. She understands my condition and working with me to ensure I get the best treatment possible. A few things, I hadn't seen a consultant for 2 years. It would be good if you could build into your procedures that each new patient sees a consultant every year and a half (as a minimum requirement). Also I feel the waiting time for my next appointment is too long. I am going to start my new treatment, but will have to wait 3 months.
Happy to share but it wasn't a great experience! Medical and nursing staff were very kind and efficient but experience turned sour when a rude and condescending Physio arrived from the community treatment team. Experience was down hill from then unfortunately.
The service offered was excellent and the staff are well-informed and know what they are about.
I have no comment
For the first time ever since attending an A and E Department:-
1)I was assessed within 1.5 hours by someone with mental health training!
2)I was offered a hot drink whilst waiting -(Sarah went around with the trolley -I had to ask her name because she was gently reassuring -don't know what made me say that!! maybe because she sounded very kind and smiled?....just what I needed!
3)I suffer from fibromyalgia and Menier's disease syndrome, so body was extremely aching and felt very dizzy mentioned this but not given a place to lie down-which help me.
Treated with respect and taken care off.
1. Ambulance came so quickly - excellent UK team.
2. Attend to quickly
Better than St. Thomas London and Whipps Cross.
Very thorough tests. Impressed by doctor and the team.
