For the first time ever since attending an A and E Department:- 1)I was assessed within 1.5 hours by someone with mental health training! 2)I was offered a hot drink whilst waiting -(Sarah went around with the trolley -I had to ask her name because she was gently reassuring -don't know what made me say that!! maybe because she sounded very kind and smiled?....just what I needed! 3)I suffer from fibromyalgia and Menier's disease syndrome, so body was extremely aching and felt very dizzy mentioned this but not given a place to lie down-which help me.
