The care was good but although I am 18 my mum should have been contacted before I went down for my operation because I have to communicate with her, she could have been here with me even though I was okay. I was seen quickly which is always a positive note.

The gown I was provided with is poorly designed. It constantly slipped forwards off my shoulders or felt like it was about to, which made for an uncomfortable experience. Apart from that, all the staff were wonderful, from porters to nurses and surgeons.They were professional conscientious helpful and friendly without exception. So its iddficuelt to see waht can be improved.
