The paramedics were brilliant.
I only know the name of one of them "Lynn" and her male colleague.
Also Chandrika - the nurse was kind and efficient - wonderful smile!!
The doctor was full of smiles too.
Overall great experience, thank you!

- The staff were warm and friendly.
- All my son's needs were immediately addressed. Most of the time, I need not have to ask for it, it's already there.
- Everyone is willing to give a hand, which made our stay really pleasant.

Care was good. My only complaint is that doctors and nurses should listen to patients' input and some don't e.g. told anesthetist I had previous problems with canulas going into the back of my hands he didn't listen he ended up putting one in my arm after 3 attempts. In the meantime I am the one who suffers the pain because of someone's ego. A nurse more or less said I was wrong on the quantity of my diabetic tablets I was taking I have been taking these tablets for 18 months I should know the details of my prescriptions!!!
