There is no area of care that I was disappointed with. Everyone/ everything was perfect. It made an unpleasant illness/ condition so easy. Thank you!!!

All the nurses were very kind, gentle and informative as were the doctors and everyone I was helped by cannot praise them enough.

I was told I was first on list, however then waited 5 hours, my bed was also taken away for part at this. However Doctor and few nurses were nice and medicine is not here so have to collect another day

Keep informed if patient is changing position in of sergery > make sure are available

All the staff from reception to when I was discharged have all been very kind to me. I know how overworked you all are but they had big smiles and took time to chattered most importantly listen answer questions, I enjoyed my sandwich and cups of tea very much - thank you.

I think I was very lucky they I did not have to wait very long for my operation from when I arrived but I know others were not so lucky.
