All the staff from reception to when I was discharged have all been very kind to me. I know how overworked you all are but they had big smiles and took time to chattered most importantly listen answer questions, I enjoyed my sandwich and cups of tea very much - thank you.

I think I was very lucky they I did not have to wait very long for my operation from when I arrived but I know others were not so lucky.
