I always get great treatment at king Edward hospital Diabetic centre . The girls are very pleasant and very accommodating. The consultant was very nice too . Thank you NHS….

The nurses running the course were knowledgeable but also had a lovely kind manner too. Which is nice as I didn’t know what to expect

Only in my opinion, one lady seems to ramble on unnecessarily about some irrelevant things. Might have been productive if they had gently stopped her as I began to find her overtaking the conversation irritating. Sorry but it’s how she made me feel

My appointment started on time, I was welcomed and treated with courtesy throughout. Everything was clearly explained to me before, during and after the hearing test, including the next steps. My only disappointment is that my follow up will be at a different hospital, but this is not a major issue.

The staff explained everything about the procedures I was going to have and even demonstrated them. This was much appreciated and made my visit less stressful. You have a very caring team.

The assessment was conducted in a very professional and sympathetic manner. Both the Audiologist and her trainee listened attentively and in a patient manner to my situation. The procedure was fully explained and every effort was made to put me at my ease. Overall an excellent experience.
