The nurses running the course were knowledgeable but also had a lovely kind manner too. Which is nice as I didn’t know what to expect

Suggested improvements

Only in my opinion, one lady seems to ramble on unnecessarily about some irrelevant things. Might have been productive if they had gently stopped her as I began to find her overtaking the conversation irritating. Sorry but it’s how she made me feel
