So caring, so full of knowledge and advice, quick to make medication available from GP, reliable appointment keeping, help there on telephone, sympathetic and understanding.

7 day advice line would be a great advantage.

They are very friendly and caring .Always explain clearly what needs to be done and allow me to refuse.

I don't always know what food i have available, so i need to be given a choice of what's in the fridge/freezer. I can never remember what shopping has been done.

All aspects of the care and support we receive are first class both for my husband and myself. We are always kept well informed and all staff are professional, friendly and caring. Fantastic! I would have ticked excellent if it was listed above.
