Had to contact children's community nurse slid wider regarding our childs gastro pump needs. Me wider claimed she had not been given or had any input or communication from or with our sons named dietician Liz Ingham from norfolk and norwich. We contacted Liz Ingham at norfolk and norwich, and.Liz Ingham read out about 7 contacts that she had had with children's community nurse Ellie Allder. Liz Ingham supported this with times and dates, that she had had with Me Allder. This shows Me Ingham was strictly adhering to medical record keeping governance. Ms Allder also attended a care plan meeting at our child's school.MsAllder was asked by us whether she had had any communication from our child's gp who was Dr Neris, she stated she had not. However in front of her on the table was a letter from Dr Nevis written to her. We noticed this at the meeting and questioned Ms Allder at the time she still claimed she had not received or had communication from the GP?. She then ironically told us that she had to act in accordance with her medical record ethics. Whatever the reason was for her actions, they clearly are not in the patient interests and not in compliance with her governing bodies rules and codes.
