He has nothing but praise for the staff. They ome when he rings and are frequently. They are very very kind and compassionate. He is very thankful for that and the way the hospital has proided him with bathroom suppllies and clothing.

Staff attentive, respond quickly to call bell. Come when they promise fel safe. Gentle when handiling. 'Not cruel' (exacts words) As a relative I feel confident in Beechwood staffs care, and happy food is good. Room kept clean.

My relative has no complaints at all sometimes Catheter could be emptied more frequently.
