Staff attentive, respond quickly to call bell. Come when they promise fel safe. Gentle when handiling. 'Not cruel' (exacts words) As a relative I feel confident in Beechwood staffs care, and happy food is good. Room kept clean.
Suggested improvements
My relative has no complaints at all sometimes Catheter could be emptied more frequently.
