I have been in hospital many times in the last 2 years and have found in general that there is excellent and good practice together with kindness from Nurses everywhere.
In Ward HNorth there was an incredible element that I have not experienced and that was the consistent and overt level of kindness from all levels of staff - Cleaners, HCW, Staff nurses, and Senior nurses.
Much of my work has been Care teams and setting standards and I was humbled
