When I finish came into the hospice, there was this wonderful feeling of calm. The staff added to the experience with their courtesy, kindness and caring attitudes. Their smiles wont a very long way to adding to the experience thankyou.

Dad has been treated with complete dignity and respect here. He has been involved in all decisions about his care. We (family) have been very well supported.

Everyone who had contact with the throughout my husbands illness was kind and caring, patient and respectful when with as nothing was too much better when asking questions.
The day my husband passed away the nurse that come to visit was calm and professional whilst being very caring and considerate. Thank you all.
Suggested improvements
The only suggestion I would make would be the introduction of the JIC bay. People still see this as the bay of doom and pending death. I know it is what it says on the bay exactly! But that’s not how people receive it and it needs thought when discussing with PT can react to anxiety when it should be reducing it.
Sorry to have to share but might others.

Every member of the team here has been kind, considerate and caring. Never once have I felt a nuisance or that I should try and do more for myself. The relief of having help and advise has been wonderful. Living alone things escalate in our mind. Having these few days of respite has been magical thank you everyone.
Suggested improvements
I cannot think of anything that would improve this very special give star plus service that you offer to the community. 'Thank you' just seems so inadequate.

* Bell was answered quickly.
* Staff were very accommodating.
* Nothing seemed to trouble to any of the staff.
* Staff always to help.
