Everyone who had contact with the throughout my husbands illness was kind and caring, patient and respectful when with as nothing was too much better when asking questions. The day my husband passed away the nurse that come to visit was calm and professional whilst being very caring and considerate. Thank you all.

The only suggestion I would make would be the introduction of the JIC bay. People still see this as the bay of doom and pending death. I know it is what it says on the bay exactly! But that’s not how people receive it and it needs thought when discussing with PT can react to anxiety when it should be reducing it. Sorry to have to share but might others.
