Most of the staff were lovely but a couple were a little neglectful.

Whilst I am (my family) grateful for all of the support and care I have received, it would have been more beneficial (comforting) to have one point of contact seeing different people all the time was confusing and upsetting. (This is due to the brain tumor making it.

Interaction with the doctors so far has been very good. Very thorough, great listeners and really demonstrate they want to help and improve your situation.

All the nurses were very kind extremely helpful and understanding to both myself and my mother. They were vital to mother staying at home. Thank you.

Staff were excellent especially Chrissy who always went out of her way to try and help. Will really miss their support.

The support received from the Hospice at Home team during the last months of my mum's life was outstanding. I could not have cared for Mum at home without this support. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was handled with love, care and respect. I owe a debt of gratitude to those ladies.

Nothing could have been done better.
