Most of the staff were lovely but a couple were a little neglectful.

Whilst I am (my family) grateful for all of the support and care I have received, it would have been more beneficial (comforting) to have one point of contact seeing different people all the time was confusing and upsetting. (This is due to the brain tumor making it.
