East Devon.
Caring and considerate. Requests happened very quickly. On understanding of patients and family needs. I could not ask for anything better.
A great massage.
Lovely lunch.
Good company.
Whats not to like.
I felt I had a 'health provider' of last resort; if all my efforts and troubles to get help (medical, equipment, advice) failed - at times when speed - of - response was vital - then Sidmouth hospiscare came up trumps. They had 'hotline' to GPs an d prescriptions appeared from nowhere. An invaluable source of help and comfort. When the threat of my mother 'o removal from the hot' was rooted - I felt very vulnerable.
Very very caring.
The care I get from my care navigator is so good each week we sit and feel at ease with each other, we do our own things but chat in between as we feel free to do so, I really look forward to her visits.
Written on behalf of my daughter.
Hospice care at home has been a complete revelation to me. What an amazing service... caring and gentle, kind and considerate. I am writing this on behalf of my husband who was in receipt of the care, he couldn't have been more looked after. Nothing was too much trouble. We were provided with all the equipment we needed within a day of request including a hospital bed.
I cannot praise the team at hospice care at home, team Exmouth enough!!
No improvement needed.
Excellent care and a wonderful team of people who have made the unbearable bearable, every member of staff has been wonderful and I cannot see any way of improving the quality of care that you already give.
Just how flexiable time management is arranged to meet any one for seen changes to plan as - so easy going.
East Devon.
My nurse is always calm, does not judge and helped a lot when I felt depressed. Sorted my pain medicines.
Making each day better, calls or visits often just to chat.
Thank you.
