Nan was treated with respect and dignity at all times with staff coming to check on her regularity.
Car parking did cause us a slight issue as there is not many spaces and trying to get a space did cause us stress.
Staff have done everything they can to ensure non stays comfortable. They have also allowed us to have time to spend with Nan in a calm environment. Thank you!

We could not have asked for better care, kindness and compassion.
From the moment we arrived everyone has been incredible - we have felt held and nurtured within a cocoon of kindness.

It was wonderful to be cared for with to reflexology, when feeling fairly exhausted caring for my terminable ill husband.
It was just what I needed at this difficult time.
The Caren is a very special lady when I trusted completely.

Staff provided dignity and respect and all treatment needed to help our mum.
Could you improve the parking?
Very stressful (which is the last thing needed) trying to get a car park space. (used by other people).
Staff very supportive to family and always around for questions and comfort.
