I look forward to seeing my care navigator.
I particularly like the fact that he is so obliging and that I feel comfortable in his company.
Particularly valuable at this time is the contact I know that he will look out for me if I have to isolate myself because of corona virus.

They visited mum at home and comforted us both.
Endless support is there.

My wife, who is now in a care home, attended the hospice day centre in Kings St. monitor for the day on Tuesday, and was very pleased with the care she received and the lunches provided. She also made a friend in Sally Galling who used to visit every Wednesday, and continued to do so in the care home until the current virus situation prohibited.

It is always a day to look forward to. To be able to meet and chat to people and to have a change of scene in such pleasant surroundings is so enjoyable.

The hospice have been absolutely amazing. They have made us feel so important and sat with us through many tears. Nothing is too much for them and they are on the end of the phone 24/7.
So lovely my mum has the best care provided by the hospice 5*

Care navigator has been amazing.
Contact with the nurses is sometimes difficult.
