The entire team consistently showed empathy in a friendly, relaxed and informative way. Provided encouragement and support not just to our mum but also us, caring for her. The team recognised what we needed and when helping us through some tough times. If it was not her such great team our mum would not have been to die peacefully at home as she wished.

As the fairly caring for our dying mother. We could have above wit move overall direction and support - to guide us as to what to do. It was an anxious and stressful time for us, save of which could have been alleviate.
Suggested improvements
Our original care manager made no contact and it would have been helpful to have more contact and discussion about support. In the final days, the syringe driver could have been fitted sooner? She was in a lot of distress.

The staff have been consistently very professional and caring. We have very grateful that mum is in safe environment where she is very well looked after. At all times they tried to make her comfortable and respected her wishes. Thank you so much for all you have done.

Staff were kind and compassionate. they brought peace to my dad in his final weeks despite the complexity of operative in a covid world thank you.
