As the fairly caring for our dying mother. We could have above wit move overall direction and support - to guide us as to what to do. It was an anxious and stressful time for us, save of which could have been alleviate.

Suggested improvements
Our original care manager made no contact and it would have been helpful to have more contact and discussion about support. In the final days, the syringe driver could have been fitted sooner? She was in a lot of distress.
