Despite some trying patients they carried on calmly and efficiently and calmed everybody down.

All the staff are kind, compassionate and cheerful all the time. They involve me in decisions, presassive when I am not sure which choice to make and never show any signs of impatience. They give me the impression that they are genuinely in listened in this patients and not jut doing a job.
Suggested improvements
I think the food could be better. It is nicely presented and sufficient in quantity but often service on cold plates. Toast can be soggy and the choices are very limited, particulary the evening meal. I was disappointed when I came here as I had been told by friends that the food was good the best meal I had was Wed.20 april.

I am impressed by the doctors who come in every day to see me they have to sit down and listen to me and slow genuine interest in my condition. I like the informality of their approach.

Dad was admitted two days ago and had settled in very well. All the staff are caring and considerate of has needs.

He's being looked after very well! Even though he is very sleepy the staff still incase him in the decision making.
