All the staff are kind, compassionate and cheerful all the time. They involve me in decisions, presassive when I am not sure which choice to make and never show any signs of impatience. They give me the impression that they are genuinely in listened in this patients and not jut doing a job.

I think the food could be better. It is nicely presented and sufficient in quantity but often service on cold plates. Toast can be soggy and the choices are very limited, particulary the evening meal. I was disappointed when I came here as I had been told by friends that the food was good the best meal I had was Wed.20 april.
