Horsham Hospital

I took my granddaughter to the minor injuries unit at Horsham with an infected toe. Every single member of staff we encountered was absolutely polite and professional. They were friendly and reassuring and took time to settle my granddaughter. Although she is only six they talked her through everything. They even gave her a lovely teddy bear! The professionalism was fantastic. The waiting time was very short. It reminded me of when I was young, when the NHS did not seem stressed out!! It was so lovely to encounter happy, smiling staff who seem to genuinely care. I cannot thank the staff enough.

Visited after a fall at my daughters home. Dealt with kindly and promptly by all staff, from reception staff, nurses and radiographers. Given oral and written information regarding management and follow up. No complaints at all just very grateful for the excellant care recieved.

Great professional experience

I was seen/treated by the loviest of staff today in Horsham. I’m very grateful for the care they showed.

Appointment was on time (actually a bit early). Was able to park easily with low charge for parking.
