this hospital is great all staff are caring and compassionate and really look after you.

Many thanks to Katherine in radiology reception who went above and beyond 2 days running. She is what NHS is known for and why we mourn the loss of what we had, right across the board. Still some excellent dedicated staff. We should look after them.

My procedure was bone marrow aspiration. Everything was explained in great detail which reassured me. The people involved were so kind they put me at ease. The procedure was carried out with great professionalism.

In this difficult time,is essential have inside the hospital “HANDS SANITIZER “ and obviously Crawley Hospital is always looking out from the rules. No one hands sanitizer inside the hospital,shame and unacceptable.

Very rude staff, not helpful, answer for my problem was "I don't know". Scornful doctor, didn't even listen my problem and symptoms.

Long waiting hours.

First Community Health and Care dealt with my hearing loss very efficiently. Having been diagnosed with moderate hearing loss by Dr Singh at east Surrey Hospital I was passed to Crawley Hospital for assessment . My hearing loss was diagnosed moderate so a pair of Hearing aids was selected and tuned to my ears very efficiently .The way they worked and fitting of batteries was explained and the hearing aids adjusted to profoundly improve my hearing. The hearing aids have proved very good in improving my hearing on both setting

Excellent efficient professional... what great service I had this morning in the blood test clinic. Never been before but everything was running smoothly. The nurse I had put me totally at ease and she was fantastic!
