Massive thank you to the staff members Patience, Esther, Carole who were in charge of my safety during the hysteroscopy intervention. Everything was well explained and what to expect at each step of the procedure. I felt safe, encouraged and informed throughout the process.

I have waited a very long time for the surgery I've have recieved today in the Day stay unit. (A hysterectomy and prolapse repar). Unfortunately I made more than one complaint to PALS and had my Gp upscale as I really was i. A terrible state! All that being said, I really want to express my absolute complete gratitude to the care I have recieved during the process of urology, gynaecology then being switched to cardiology and finally back to gynaecology and here today for the procedure under Mr Gerhard. Every member of staff i have encountered on every level have been exemplary and I can't praise the. Highly enough!!! I thought it only fair to express this 10/10 experience Thankyou every one.

I would like to thank everyone, starting from security , reception, nurses and doctors who helped me at Homerton Hospital this morning (8th of March) I was in a terrible pain (stomach pain) everyone acted very quickly and with compassion. I was treated in Same Day Emergency Care for chest and back pain. All staff were amazing - thorough, caring, respectful and professional. Service was prompt - very little waiting time. I am extremely grateful.

Before care and after care was Fantastic and so efficient.

Everyone i have dealt with across ultrasound, mri, oncology, biopsy and surgery has been excellent. All of the nurses and reception staff have always gone out of their way to help me navigate the hospital and my appointments. Thank you for all creating a safe and welcoming space.

I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Mary Veen, who performed my surgery. From the moment I arrived, I felt supported and appreciated being included in the decisions about my treatment. Dr. Venn worked hard to ensure my surgery happened because she understood how much I needed it. She even stayed late after her shift to make sure I could go through with it. When I was worried about my child, she offered me emotional support. She shared stories about her own kids and encouraged me to handle my feelings. I am incredibly thankful to Dr. Veen as I felt safe and well cared for. She did a fantastic job, and I wish all doctors could show the same compassion and professionalism. Edna Vieira
