Friendly staff, nice cup of tea, comfy chairs.
Everyone is really friendly and very helpful.
Every thing was A1.
The bay tree ward treated me very well. They checked on me properly and listened to my concerns and took it seriously (specially Simon). I appreciate everything these guys did for me. Just a massive disappointment from the doctor that dealt with me, who showed attitude and palmed me off.
All staff were extremely nice and all went that extra mile for everyone, everyone was friendly and caring which is what is needed when you are feeling anxious about your surgery.
On a more serious note I think that the lack of ice available for patients to use on an orthopedic trauma was quite disturbing and really unacceptable. From a previous experience exactly 1 yr ago in PCH I know how beneficial the ice can be.
Food I think was not up to a decent standard and lack of choice wasn't very good, there were far to many sandwich and not enough hot or cold options - a salad with lettuce cuci and tomato would be nice sometimes as menu is very misleading.
The nurse was very professional and made me feel very relaxed.
Everything.
Lovely staff.
Everybody is so helpful considering the extreme pressure they are under. Waiting times can be frustrating, but I understand how busy the doctors are.
I am very pleased with the care I received on A4.
