All staff were extremely nice and all went that extra mile for everyone, everyone was friendly and caring which is what is needed when you are feeling anxious about your surgery. On a more serious note I think that the lack of ice available for patients to use on an orthopedic trauma was quite disturbing and really unacceptable. From a previous experience exactly 1 yr ago in PCH I know how beneficial the ice can be. Food I think was not up to a decent standard and lack of choice wasn't very good, there were far to many sandwich and not enough hot or cold options - a salad with lettuce cuci and tomato would be nice sometimes as menu is very misleading.
