Good care was Karen and when I got very upset and asked to see sister, Taylor came and talked to me he was so nice and helpful just a shame it takes 5 hours from my request. Bad care was sitting here yesterday. I wasn't offered a hot drink. Then this morning I woke at 9 as I had been awake most of the night. I rang the bell and waited at least 10 mins. Karen found my breakfast and asked the young lady to make me a drink. She never came back.

Always treated like an individual staff know my name and are very careful and consultant always checking treatment when necessary. More staff for busy times would be good!
