Good care was Karen and when I got very upset and asked to see sister, Taylor came and talked to me he was so nice and helpful just a shame it takes 5 hours from my request. Bad care was sitting here yesterday. I wasn't offered a hot drink. Then this morning I woke at 9 as I had been awake most of the night. I rang the bell and waited at least 10 mins. Karen found my breakfast and asked the young lady to make me a drink. She never came back.
