My first initial appointment was cancelled and I wasn’t made aware of it. Was told the reason it was cancelled was because I needed a 40 minute appointment and was only booked in for 20, the call was only 20 minutes so that confused me. However I can not fault the man who phoned me for my first consultation. He was polite, patient and easy to talk too and hopefully my plan will work for me.

It was a very good talk to the physiotherapist, who gave good advice on how to treat the condition. A list of exercises will follow to improve the problem, hopefully in the next 4-6 weeks.

My physio, Govan Dakshika, has given me back part of my life enabling me to do things which I thought I had lost with the onset of my left arm condition only 3 sessions into my treatment programme my movement has improved way beyond my expectations. I have found her to be kind and compassionent and a person who has listened to my needs and is addressing them in a very professional manner.
