My first initial appointment was cancelled and I wasn’t made aware of it. Was told the reason it was cancelled was because I needed a 40 minute appointment and was only booked in for 20, the call was only 20 minutes so that confused me. However I can not fault the man who phoned me for my first consultation. He was polite, patient and easy to talk too and hopefully my plan will work for me.
