I haven’t been able to answer all of the questions as my 1st contact was a phone appointment. I spoke to a physio called Matty and was very pleased with the help he gave me

I have received excellent treatment via Teams . Abby Lakey has been so helpful in improving my fractured arm and shoulder. The exercise have been graduated to match my progress and she has been a source of professional advice and understanding of my needs and abilities. She is a credit to her profession and to the service. With her help and encouragement I am making really good progress and the videos are so helpful too. I know how difficult it is for all the health professionals. Thank you so much. Margaret Riley

The ethnic and carer questions do not need an answer, as for care etc I have just had my first appointment and found it very helpful, staff were friendly and polite and I can see they are doing their best to help me, I am happy with the excercises that I have been given, so I am very happy up to now.

I can not think of anything they could have done better.

Katie has provided exceptional care whilst I have seen her. I have had multiple physiotherapists and none have compared to her. Her patience and kindness went a very long way and I am finally in a position where I can manage on my own. Thank you!

I was very impressed with the online physio programme. The format was easy to use and I particularly felt that having videos of each exercise to watch gave me greater confidence. Knowing that my physio knew if I was doing the exercises or not gave me greater motivation to do them and I know that I benefitted greatly from doing them regularly. The regular contact with my physio was excellent and it was great to meet her face to face for one session. Having had experience in the past of physio the 'old way', I much prefer doing it this way and would hope that it continues.

My phone call was prompt and I was listened to carefully. Instructions were clear and given in a friendly relaxed manner. Explanation when required was patiently given. Future plan carefully explained and I was left feeling positive.
