Interaction via Teams with physiotherapist always courteous, attentive and helpful.
Suggested improvements
On discharge from hospital I was promised a face to face meeting with a physiotherapist, at which my dressings would be removed, within 2 weeks. Eventually I was offered a meeting by Teams in about 4 weeks. I had to find out about his I could have dressing removed in circumstances.

We apologise that the hospital gave you misleading information with respect to the time scale in which you would be seen and the service that would be offered. We have spoken to our colleagues within the acute hospital to prevent such an occurrence happening again.

I had a phone call appointment today following a car accident on Saturday morning. The person I spoke to (I think her name was Sam!) was personable and professional. She explained what had happened to my body which was interesting as well as informative. It didn’t feel a chore for her which sometimes phone call appointments can, thank you for taking me seriously.
