It was excellent service and couldn't fault it. No long waiting list and pretty much called in straight away. The physio I see was knowledgeable and explained clearly what was going on and things to do at home. It was a good atmosphere and felt at ease in there.

ED was extremely helpful and understanding of my pain and problems both my physical problems and mental depressive state mainly due to chronic pain were addressed. I am now virtually pain free and gaining regularly again. The exercises he set for me are very effective.

No I was helped so much and my life tamed around.

[name removed] was extremely personable, caring, kind & humorous. He was confident about what he was doing, asked appropriate questions & listened to me. I felt supported, understood without judgement & he gave excellent advice. His colleague (whose name I don’t recall) but he sorted out my crutches for me , was again very kind, helpful & polite. What an amazing team! [name removed] was very understanding that I had someone waiting for me so went out of his way to sort the crutches. Thank you [name removed]!
