All the staff were excellent, extremely professional but also friendly and put a nervous patient at ease. The doctor was lovely, kind and talked through before, during and after the procedure. He then explained what would happen next especially when the result was a little shocking. After care was great and they looked after me until I was collected.

I was perfectly happy with the whole process.
