Share review of Glasgow Royal Infirmary
My mum was admitted to GRI after a fall 10/06/24 where she attended casualty. She was treated with kindness, dignity, respect by staff who were very busy but very kind and friendly. Her consultant was knowledgeable and gentle and kept her up to date with all that was happening and made sure she understood what was happening and was was planned
She was then transferred to ward 62 where the staff could not have done enough for her and nothing was too much bother despite the staff being extremely busy. They were professional, kind and considerate each played their part in her care. Especially Ethan the student nurse
She received her shoulder replacement operation on 12/6/24 and the staff involved were nothing short of incredible.
GRI u should be extremely proud of your staff they are a credit to you and the NHS. Thank you all so much.
