Elstree Outpatient & Diagnostics Centre

The online pre-registration is convenient but I was requested to repeat the registration for each appointment, which was rather irritating.

Very Nice Staff - very clean

Mildly impatient/officious by one individual at the front desk after my first consultation & as I was trying to book my second appointment. Efficiency-great; manner-not so good or me. I also on other occasions spoke with another front desk colleague who was far more a people person. Perhaps just a one off day for the former individual.

The hospital staff were all very friendly and the environment felt very clean and calm. The nurses in particular carrying out my daughter’s many blood tests were so calm and made the whole process smooth. Easy and ample parking.

Elstee staff were kind friendly and thoughtful on every occasion . They have a professional and attentive attitude and I would not hesitate to recommend Elstree Outpatient to anyone seeking care.

Good, quick and professional facility. Excellent care and service.
