I feel the doctor was unsympathetic because patient had a divide and the nurses were fantastic.
Very helpful obs and checks run but the doctors said no scan no cleaning wound not sympathetic.

1. Starting from ambulance staff, very polite, nice and professional.
2. Here at A and E staff as well as Dr were very helpful and positive and positive attitude.

Good: Staff helpful and best experience - A/E department.
Improve: -Communication from the nurses at the reception area - speak to clients.
- Name badges could not be read.
-Nurses at reception area need to check there information before seeing clients not in the A/E dept. (A/E reception.
