I put a few stars only as my care overall actually i felt sorry to say was disgusting and a terrible experience, But I would give 10 stars to the young lady doctor who saw me this evening. Came in to AMU with chronc pancreatitis, rolling in pain, not a single staff member except one student nurse checked on me and asked if Im ok. I suffered in pain all those hours and wasnt even told that I would be discharged this evening despite the pain. Had an absolutely stunning Dr who mesmerized me for a second despite the stabbing pain! Im sure Ill get this wrong so sorry in advance but Dr Kreeijar you gave it to me so politely, gently, talk me through it all and explained it, gave me your time and most of all listened! you were the only polite one I meant and even my sister and daughter witnessed that and felt you were the first one to not just be so kind but knew how to speak! everyone else was so rude and horrible in their words, but you were so gentle to me, I felt you felt me and my pain, you tried your best to help manage my pain and couldnt have been more professional. You gave me a whole breakdown, explanation and plan. Not a single other doctor did! I will defo be going to PALS about my care but you young lady are an absolutely diamond, and this world let alone this hospital needs more doctors like you!!

Absolutely superb care and support. Great processes and incredible professionals working under pressure and very difficult circumstances. I visited A and E with my son and a few days later cardiology with my wife. Doctors and nurses were fantastic on both occasions which proved to me their consistency
