The lady receptionist whom I spoke to on the phone was very rude and abrupt, when she was asking me questions about my symptoms I was trying to give her a full explanation of how I was feeling to help them as much as possible but she basically wanted yes/no answers, she was saying things nastily like “well I didn’t ask that did I”, we don’t listen to self diagnosis” and was getting very irritated with me when I tried my best to explain when I get short of breath, the call was so upsetting I nearly put the phone down

Have more compassionate receptionists, who treat the callers as a person that’s seeking medical help and net treat them as just a number or an irritation

I rang the out of hours service at 4.30pm Saturday and was given an appointment same day at 6pm which I was really pleased with. I wasn’t waiting long when I arrived and I was given antibiotics for my problem which has now cleared up a lot. I’m thankful I was seen as soon as I was as I was really bad on the evening but then picked up once I had started the antibiotics.

Have had Breast cancer in 2018, mastectomy, 6 months of chemo & radiotherapy, now on medication, so far so good.

The nurse who I saw, Nurse Practitioner Thomas I think (apologies if I'm wrong) on the 15/01/22, was absolutely lovely, she treated me with kindness, privacy & respect, she made me feel at ease, & I felt comfortable with her, she was amazing & so caring.

Very good service. In and out

When I spoke to 111 it wasn’t clear where I needed to go for the appointment. More guidance would of been better however staff on site were more than happy to help

Just enough to say that the GP I saw - Dr Iqbal- identified the treatment I needed and passed it to my GP today who has set the ball rolling for the next ‘chapter’ of my diagnosis and treatment. Thank You so much Dr Iqbal. Jane Wheatley a very satisfied patient.
