The lady receptionist whom I spoke to on the phone was very rude and abrupt, when she was asking me questions about my symptoms I was trying to give her a full explanation of how I was feeling to help them as much as possible but she basically wanted yes/no answers, she was saying things nastily like “well I didn’t ask that did I”, we don’t listen to self diagnosis” and was getting very irritated with me when I tried my best to explain when I get short of breath, the call was so upsetting I nearly put the phone down

Suggested improvements
Have more compassionate receptionists, who treat the callers as a person that’s seeking medical help and net treat them as just a number or an irritation
