The department was very busy but the staff were all very calm and tried their best to keep it all moving.
The whole experience from A-Z was excellent. The doctor was also very kind, caring and professional.
The visit was following nocturnal seizures. Urgent care referred me to ambulatory care the following day who started me on medication.
I was advised to go in by ambulance to a&e suspect stroke, after 2 mins at triage I was sent to sit and wait alone feeling very vulnerable for the gp who was very thorough and had to call registrars for advise all wanted to know why I was not in a&e.
It's not fair I am working from Monday till Saturday all over UK. I don't have chance to go to see my GP. I try on the phone and I asked doctor to call me after 16:30 because I'm working and I don't have ability to answer. And everytime they calling me between 12 and 1400. I go to the hospital because I cannot see my GP and I want it my problem to be looked. Not to be treated with paracetamol. This is not fair
I have a long term throat problem which is not on the l
List.
I received first class treatment from the moment I arrived to the moment I left
Wasn’t an overly positive experience. The waiting room was hot, lots of people not wearing masks. The 2 male clinicians kept banging doors going from room to room. A lack of care of compassion generally
All was brilliant only the waiting time was long been waiting to be seen in urgent care around 3 hours
