Not taken 12 hours to see someone and make multipal calls. They forgot lost me off the list then tried to cover it up the minute i complained a nurse rang 10 mins later .happend before treatment ok its getting it .was like walking into a third world hospital not clean .dr was fine

The staff were pleasant when dealing with me, the Dr I saw was very kind, had a lovely rapport and made me feel at ease.

On arrival the reception staff could give an estimated waiting time (obviously explaining this could change should one of the doctors be called away), especially when arriving for an organised appointment time.

Wasn’t happy at all been sent home without a X-ray .. my foot is very painful and still is and all swollen .

Gave me a X-ray there and then instead of sending me home to take pain killers and told to wear a support bandage.

Because ,they were sympathetic ,listened to how I felt and gave me straightforward advice.its a shame u have to run this service because your own Dr's won't because you've moved and haven't yet transferred Yr practice. Total lack of companion on their half. I am a nhs worker myself and I don't say we'll Yr out of area so I can't help you.

I was very impressed with the timescale and quality of treatment that I received especially considering the pressure on the NHS at the moment

The lady I saw was very nice and helpful, though my problem wasn’t solved.

It was suggested I needed an x-ray but they couldn’t send me for one so now I have to wait until my doctor is informed so he can order me one. Meanwhile my elbow is continuing to bother me from my neck down to my fingers.
