I was told I needed to see an ENT doctor however as the doctor could not get through to ENT advised me to call and arrange this myself which was difficult as they’re was no appointments I managed to get one with the on call doctor however I was advised the doctor and the urgent care should have organised this for me

I should not have had to organise my own care and treatment

The lady on reception was amazing. The place is so easy to book, get to, park and be at. The staff are fab and look like they enjoy their jobs. The treatment was great and fast. I got what I needed straight away after calling my own doctors over 100 times that day and not getting through. The place was really clean and a nice environment too.

My appointment was booked but was only 30 minutes late which I thought was very good considering the 4 hr wait for those from A&E

Because I do not have a condition!!

Have more doctors available! Shocking that only one doctor was available, waiting five hours is not acceptable. However, without this service I would not get to see a doctor as I cannot get through to my local doctor as the receptionist’s never answer the phone!!

I had a appointment tment at 9.15 at night when I got there they was a 4 hour wait I had just had a operation on my stomach which I had padding over it but I wa sat waiting to be seen an there was people with no masks on being g sick and coughing

When you have a appointment I know there busy and it's hard to sick times but let you know how long things are going to be

Decent

After calling 111 I was informed that a Doctor would call back within an maybe a bit longer afterwards to discuss treatment. After waiting 2.5 i again called 111 and had to do the whole process again and was informed this time it would be chased up by the operative. Finally got the call back at 3am six hour’s after initial contact. Wasn’t impressed by that at all. Once seen we were in & out within 10 minutes and the waiting area was empty.

Reception and the doctor was brilliant with my mother our normal gp service couldn't find the time for an 88 year old lady with a suspected UTI phoned up Cavendish court who got her an appointment within 2 hours as it was urgent the doctor did a thorough check on her gave her antibiotics we would have been in trouble without this fantastic service thank you so much

Nurse Alice was brilliant with my urgent care. Even though I did end up in A&E for.8 and a half hours the initial treatment and reassurance from her was outstanding.. thank you alice

A&E needs to be drastically improved. One doctor on the night shift is simply not good enough. There were over 90 patients in A&E. The doctor I did eventually see was brilliant.
