Was good service and felt safe
Great care for my daughter this sunday evening, was seen quickly my a sweet nurse who took her temperatutre and oxygen levels, think her name was kacey. She told me she had a fever but everything else was normal. The doctor was also a very lovely lady from london i think. I did have to wait over an hour to be seen but was worth it. I felt both these ladies took very good care of my daughter thanks
I was misdiagnosed and could have missed out on getting the right treatment in time due to this. The doctor I was seen by seemed rushed and not like he was paying attention. He went with I was having a allergic reaction, but the day after I had to attend A&E where I was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy
I saw the doctor who was very kind but I had been sent for pain relief after contacting 111. She did not give me pain relief as she was concerned about my breathing so she took me into A&E and booked me in there. I waited 8 and a half hours to see a doctor, still without pain relief and when I saw a doctor at 4.30am I was finally given a nebuliser and medication. I finally got home nearly 13 hours after leaving home.
Staff were friendly and helpful.. doctor listened to my concerns and helped put me at ease.
I was very happy with the GP I saw
All good now
I believe this was my experience
The wait time is absolutely ridiculous i was given a appointment for 8 pm i was told there was at least a four hour wait i went home without being seen in the end because i couldn’t sit any longer due to how busy it was, no where to even sit for some patients and was far to hot when you have a fever and ill it wasn’t pleasant to sit there .
Staff lovely. Waiting room far too small, hot and dirty as was the corridor outside where I chose to remain until called - if I’d have stayed in the waiting room I’d probably have come away with more ailments than the one I attended with!!!
