I had an ear infection (something that I have regularly and the nurse barely checked me and said there was nothing wrong. I told him I had a little nodule behind my ear and he didn’t check. He was rude and abrupt. I asked for a second opinion, was sent to DRI, waited for about 90 minutes to be told the doctor could not give a second opinion. I was in agony and was not treated. It was outrageous! I did get the usual medication over the internet and treated myself. Felt disrespected and mistreated

Be honest and don’t make your patients wait for something I couldn’t have (second opinion)

Brilliant service, although a 9 hour wait for call back I was seen within an hour of call back. Doctor was knowledgeable and kind.

Quicker call back but realise this is down to service being busy.

Absolutely disgusted with the doctor I saw at the end. Totally un sympathetic and yawned the whole time I was there. While I know doctors work long hours, I found this Totally unprofessional. He made me feel like I was wasting time. Couldn't wait to get me out. I was in a lot of pain that night. It was not life threatening but I will not be using A and E again. Think I will suffer at home. Thank you

Yes have a more sympathetic doctor on. The reception staff at A and E were great

Had a stent 4 weeks earlier, got a cold which rapidly went to chest infection, did not want to wait 2 days for treatment before infection got worse

Pleasantly surprised at how smoothly things went. Very pleased with service from Doctor.

I was quite surprised when I entered the premises. It was lovely and clean and the staff treated me well. The doctor that saw me was very caring and didn't make me feel as though he was in a hurry. It was a nice experience.
