The waiting time could have been better than 4 hours but I got there before it got busy and there was only 3 patience in when it got busy but I know your short staffed but your doing brill

Encourage mask wearing by people waiting to be seen. Several people were coughing often, and no attempt seems to be made to ask people to mask up in response to this especially within such a small space Went at a very busy time, and not enough chairs - approx 15 people sat on floor for long periods of time. Additional chairs would have been good

No condition

I was directed to iPads in A&E and told by this to go to Urgent Care. I did so and went to the reception desk and told them I had been sent from there. I was waiting an hour and asked about waiting times to be told I was not even in system and was not checked in at all! Very disappointing as I was in a great deal of pain. When I made it clear I had already waited an hour the staff were kind and did ensure I was processed. The care from the staff was outstanding-unfortunately it was technologically and ineffective systems that made it such a negative experience!

I was treated great. Long wait to say I had a appointment. But it is what it is NHS staff are angels to me. They work so hard. So dedicated.

Under the circumstanses. I don’t know you could do anything any better. Keep it up you are all doing great

This was for my partner not me but we went to the emergency department waste t to the doctor waited hours and then sent back to A&E to wait for hours again.

Appreciate the hospital is overloaded and staff working hard but tbh the government should be ashamed of the service 10-12 hrs to see a doctor.

I have arthritis in both knees & cartilage & ligament damage in possibly both knees

I had an appointment for 10.00 pm but never got to see anyone until midnight
