The doctor was kind and compassionate. Also thorough and knowledgeable.

Nothing, it was easy to access via 111. We went to A&E in the end but felt that all other avenues had been excluded first. There was a bit of a wait in UTC but expected considering it’s an emergency service. Doctor we saw there was a GP who I could not fault at all, he was kind and knowledgable.

NOTHING. Rang 111 at 1am Sunday morning, put in telephone contact with Dr, who then arranged for physical check up at Urgent Cases Clinic at DRI for 2.30 am. Very quick, followed by excellent care.

The NHS get such a bad reputation but i feel that a lot of people don't find time to show there appreciation for the good care given by not only the doctors and nurses but all the staff and receptionists. Absolutely faultless. Proud and lucky to have the NHS and the urgent care department that i visited.

I had a stroke

I was referred to the urgent care centre by 111 but when I got in I was shunted into a&e and it took 6 hours before I was admitted because I had high blood pressure

The urgent care department were fantastic. The decision to admit was swift and medicine was quickly given, however I had to sit very ill and uncomfortable in a waiting room for 9 hours
